The Arctic

This collection of images was taken as part of the Elysium Artists for the Arctic expedition during the summer of 2015. The expedition was a collaboration of 60 artists from 21 countries, with the aim of using art to inspire change in order to help mitigate the impacts of ocean and climate change in the region. Our expedition sailed from Svalbard, up into the pack ice at 82degrees north, across to the east coast of Greenland and ended in Iceland.

The Elysium Artists for the Arctic Exhibition premiered in Singapore in April 2017, after a sneak preview at the Explorers Club in NYC. The exhibition will travel globally. A limited edition coffee table book featuring some of my images is available for purchase from the Ocean Geographic Society.
